Position Description
The Production Analyst/Engineer will be conducting Production Line Validations, Manufacturing Readiness Assessments, Technical Evaluations, Production Readiness Reviews and Assessments and other technical related issues as required, with a primary focus on Technical Evaluations.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining and cultivating prime contractor/sub-contractor relationships through daily communications, weekly IPT meetings and the timely accomplishment of assignments to ensure IPT and program objectives are achieved and production ramp-up activities are executed, and risks are identified and mitigated.
- Determine technical feasibility of specific production activities and plans, reviewing and documenting results and supporting leadership briefings.
- Assess realism of production costs and schedules, operating support budgets and impacts of outside influences on production capabilities.
- Conducting Production Line Validations, Manufacturing Readiness Assessments, Technical Evaluations, Production Readiness Reviews and Assessments and other technical related issues as required, with a primary focus on Technical Evaluations.
- Mut have an active DoD secret clearance or higher.
- Masters’ Degree and 18 years of experience or a Bachelors’ Degree and 20 years of experience
- At least 5 years of experience evaluating technical production proposals from DoD industry.
- At least 8 years of experience supporting production activities on a weapon system program or similar system.
- At least 3 years of experience assessing production line capabilities for production rate increases.
- At least 8 years of experience supporting IPTs and briefing leadership on status of issues.
- At least 8 years of experience coordinating with functional areas and contracting personnel for development of production related decisions.
