S³, Inc. has an opening for a Management Analyst to provide support to our SHIELD program at Redstone Arsenal, AL.
Description:
The Management Analyst will have expertise in MS Office Suite Applications and dedicated to supporting the organization through detailed analysis, research, and the management of critical documents, briefings, spreadsheets, and reports. The MA will have a solid background in organizational management, behavior, strategic, tactical, and operational planning, and support.
Responsibilities:
· Applying independent judgment to effectively manage a diverse workload, and ensuring efficiency and precision in a dynamic, detail-oriented environment.
· Streamlining management of communication channels, office logistics, and the maintenance of up-to-date organizational and personnel charts.
· Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, organizing schedules, managing conference room bookings, and overseeing various administrative procedures.
· Advising on operational efficiencies and strategic planning.
· Applying management analysis and strategic planning skills to drive organizational success, making significant contributions to achieving the organization's long-term strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in management sciences, engineering, computer science, economics, education, communications, human resources, or other related managerial or technical fields.
· Secret or higher DoD security clearance or ability to obtain a clearance in a reasonable timeframe.
· Proficiency using MS Office Suite for analysis, research, and document management.
· Experience scheduling events and managing office procedures.
· Experience managing office communications, supplies, and keeping organizational records updated.
· Experience improving business processes in any of your previous roles is a plus.
· Experience contributing to the achievement of the company's long-term goals through analysis and planning is preferred.
