Global Logistics Support Services, (GLSS), an S³, Inc. company, has an immediate opening for an Associate Managing Site Supervisor for one of our Aircraft Repair operations at NAS Norfolk, VA.
Military experience is a plus.
Description:
Responsible for assisting the Managing Site Supervisor (MSS) with Task Order execution to PWS standard within awarded costs to deliver Aviation Maintenance support services. Serves as the alternate point of contact for the Customer and has full authority to execute contract requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the MSS in transition to full performance, resource allocation to meet requirements within scope and to schedule reviewing, validating time cards.
- Resolving performance issues as well as task order management performance and quality of work.
- MTC/ETC staffing compliance, team member management, and CDRL submission.
- SOP/LOI implementation of enforcement, employee conduct, customer coordination, and satisfaction.
- Responsible for meeting all requirements and furnishing all deliverables as outlined by the MSS or Program Manager.
- Provides management and coordination of the contractor’s effort in support of the customer, and provides technical direction, leadership, supervision, training, mentoring of the GLSS workforce.
Qualifications:
- Requires an Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
- Requires 10 or more years of prior management experience.
- A minimum of 10 years managing Organizational, Intermediate, or Depot level aircraft maintenance in operational support of a fleet of 10 or more fixed or rotary wing aircraft.
- Requires 5 or more years of managing CH-53 and/or MH-60S aircraft maintenance experience highly desirable.
- Requires a current, active Secret Security Clearance.
