Construction Lead / Working Site Superintendent
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and hands-on Construction Lead / Working Site Superintendent to oversee daily construction operations while actively participating in fieldwork as needed.
This position requires an individual who can balance jobsite supervision, project coordination, and hands-on construction responsibilities. Our company performs a variety of residential, commercial, and military installation projects throughout the Hampton Roads area.

- Follow all applicable security, access, and safety procedures when working on military installations.
- Maintain accountability for assigned projects, company equipment, materials, and the company vehicle.
- Report jobsite incidents, safety concerns, and project issues promptly.
