Required Skills:
Level III: Requires 8 years of experience in the development, administration, or support of Salesforce platforms. At least one year of experience supporting Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is required. Financial institution experience is preferred.
Sr Level: Requires seven years of progressively responsible experience in the development, administration, or support of Salesforce platforms. At least three years of experience supporting Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is required. Financial institution experience is preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Salesforce-related certifications (e.g., MuleSoft, Apex, Lightning) are required at the Senior level. Specialized training in Salesforce development tools, technologies, and platforms is required for Levels II and III and preferred for Level I.

Knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, development frameworks, security models, integration methodologies, and deployment best practices appropriate to the assigned role level.
Knowledge of and proficiency with technologies applicable to the assigned development discipline, which may include: .NET (C#), ASP.NET, MVC, Java, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Next.js, API development, XML, JSON, MuleSoft, DataWeave, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, PowerShell, SQL, and related technologies.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects, assignments, and deadlines.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems, development tools, and related technologies required to perform assigned duties.
