PEGA Lead business analyst (PEGA LBA)
Location: NJ / Charlotte / Atlanta preferred; remote okay
Duration: 6 Months
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis for Pega projects in Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance, focused on Constellation UX and modular design.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure business requirements reflect domain needs — regulatory compliance, financial product workflows, and insurance processing.
- Define and document functional specifications, process flows, and data mappings for BCM and Insurance operations.
- Ensure alignment with Common Data Model and enterprise integration standards across financial and insurance systems.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and change control with strong grasp of domain KPIs and SLAs.
Experience and Skills
- 10 years of business analysis experience, with 3 years on Pega projects.
- Strong understanding of Pega Infinity Platform and Constellation UX.
- Experience with Common Data Model and integration requirements.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Pega Business Architect certification required.
