What You’ll Do
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
- Qualify leads, and build strong pipelines
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track activity, opportunities, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging, identify target accounts, and optimize outreach strategies
- Consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- 3 years of sales/inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, especially in new customer acquisition
- Strong phone presence and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Self-starter with a hunter mindset—you’re energized by turning cold leads into warm opportunities
- Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and a drive to keep learning
