Senior Manager Client Success

System One has partnered with a professional services company that is seeking a strategic and operationally-minded leader to oversee their client experience strategy from onboarding through long-term partnership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about building scalable systems that drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

You’ll lead a high-performing team, serve as a key connector across departments, and ensure their clients receive consistent, high-impact support throughout their journey.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Architect and refine service delivery standards that align with company goals and client expectations.

• Analyze client feedback and performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.

• Lead initiatives that enhance the full client lifecycle, increasing engagement and long-term value.

• Build and mentor teams through training programs that foster excellence, accountability, and growth.

• Oversee onboarding and implementation processes to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

• Act as a strategic liaison between Sales, Implementation, and Client Success teams to ensure seamless transitions.

• Optimize workflows and service models for scalability, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

• Partner with internal departments (Product, Finance, Operations) to proactively resolve challenges.

• Advocate for client needs across the organization, ensuring alignment and responsiveness.

• Provide executive-level oversight for strategic accounts, fostering trust and anticipating future needs.

• Support revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales.

• Define and track departmental KPIs, reporting insights and trends to senior leadership.

• Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration across your teams.

• Serve as a senior escalation point for high-value clients.

  Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 7 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer experience leadership.

• 3 years in a senior management role, preferably within a professional services environment.

• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.

• Strong project management skills and experience delivering complex programs on time and within scope.

• Comfortable managing executive-level client relationships and navigating high-stakes conversations.
