Industry background: Banking or technology preferred for role
Team dynamic: Will work directly with lending and technology departments mainly as well as other stakeholders. Varies from project to project, 2-3 crews with size of 20-30 people possibly
Roles and Responsibilities:
Working with our technical team to implement the changes that they want to do on these projects.
Working with our line of business. meeting with stakeholders
Tracking work and progress, helping create project releases
Budget releases
Monitoring progress
Technical Skills:
Technical project mgt exp
Leading/collaborating Cross-functional teams
Managing project budgets and tracking actuals/forecast
Microsoft suite
Flex Skills:
Agile experience
SAFE agile experience
Clarizen
Soft Skills:
Conflict management
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Degrees/Certifications: Bachelors preferred / PMP certification would be bonus
