Job Title: Product Regulatory Coordinator

Compensation: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Industry: global specialty chemicals manufacturer -adhesives, sealants, waterproofing systems, concrete additives, and other materials

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SDSs, PDSs, regulatory questionnaires, and supplier compliance documentation to support business and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D, Procurement, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate communication of regulatory information.
• Maintain supplier records and follow up on regulatory data requests.
• Oversee document control activities, including SAP record management and regulatory data archiving.
• Drive continuous improvement of administrative processes, databases, and data management systems to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Proactively request and manage up-to-date SDS, Product Data Sheets (PDS), and regulatory questionnaires to support business continuity, acquisitions, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Procurement, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure consistent, accurate, and compliant communication of regulatory and product information.
• Maintain active engagement with U.S. based suppliers, including follow-ups to ensure timely submission of regulatory documentation and compliance data.
• Develop and maintain a U.S. supplier database/directory, improving data accessibility, traceability, and supplier compliance tracking.
• Ensure proper documentation, recordkeeping, and archiving regulatory data and communications.
• Manage document control processes, including uploading and maintaining records in CG50 transactions, ensuring data integrity and system compliance.
• Oversee and continuously improve administrative processes, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance data management systems, and support scalability for future business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, or a related scientific field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage data, prepare reports, and maintain documentation.
• SAP basic knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to follow up with suppliers and drive timely data collection.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of attention to detail with a commitment to regulatory accuracy and integrity.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory information clearly.
