System One is seeking an IT Financial Management Technician in Tampa Florida.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Financial Management Technician to support IT procurement processes from requisition to payment. This role requires precision in creating purchase requisitions for vendors that can transact through SAP S4 HANA and FieldGlass, as well as ongoing collaboration with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills to maintain and reconcile purchase orders (POs), purchase requisitions (PRs), and invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
70% – Purchase Requisition Processing
• Create accurate and complete purchase requisitions using multiple data sources.
• Understand various purchase requisition templates and required fields to improve processing efficiency.
• Maintain and update PR/PO master spreadsheets.
• Track the full lifecycle of PRs, including issues, resolutions, and key learnings.
• Identify and resolve delays in requisition-to-payment processes; escalate when needed.
20% – Monitor IT Vendor Inbox
• Prioritize and redirect emails for appropriate action, particularly those related to purchase requisitions.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable on vendor payment inquiries.
• Track vendor communications and develop strategies to improve response times.
10% – Process Non-PO Vendor Invoices
• Record and route non-PO invoices with appropriate accounting information for manager approval.
• Monitor Posting Dates in S4 HANA for both PO and non-PO transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience with Ariba BN and FieldGlass.
• Experience with SAP platforms and applications, particularly S4 HANA.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and build rapport with various teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Adaptable to a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Professional persistence and diplomacy when faced with challenges.
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
• Able to research and resolve issues using available resources.
• Capable of presenting a clear list of accomplishments upon request.
Additional Details:
• Pay range is between $35 - $40 an/hour depending on experience.
• Weekly pay.
• Benefits after 30 days.
