What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foods Maintenance Tech, 1st Shift position at System One?
System One is partnering with a company seeking a Maintenance Technician in the Tulsa, OK area. Responsibilities include:
- Provide industrial maintenance support to ensure the safe and effective troubleshooting and repair of systems including PLCs, motor controls, electrical wiring, AC inverters, DC controllers, and mechanical systems such as pneumatics, bearings, seals, gears, chains, sprockets, and pipe fitting.
- Perform automated equipment setup, teardown, and sprocket maintenance using shop machinery and industrial tools.
- Support the Emergency Response Team by providing technical assistance, facility knowledge, and interpreting drawings and plans.
- Engage in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems aligning with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with operations and QA to execute maintenance plans and identify additional needs for process improvements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote a safety-first work environment.
- Proficiency in at least 5 of the following areas: automated equipment setup and repair, PLC troubleshooting, motor controls, electrical wiring and troubleshooting, AC inverters, DC controllers, mechanical systems maintenance including pneumatics, bearings, seals, gears, chains, sprockets, and pipe fitting.
- Basic knowledge of other systems and skills in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
- Strong electrical skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
