TITLE: Finance Systems Analyst
Location: Bellevue, WA ONSITE
Pay Range: $53–$70/hour
3 years’ experience with financial and/or business systems.
System One is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst for a contract role supporting Oracle Cloud Applications and Concur systems. This role involves administration, implementations, enhancements, and integrations with corporate applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle EBS and a solid understanding of ERP processes.
Responsibilities

Partner with Finance, Procurement, IT, Engineering, PMO, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and system integration.

Manage weekly timecard submission and approval processes.

Respond to and resolve finance systems service desk tickets.

Gather and document business requirements, develop, and deploy solutions.

Troubleshoot, track, and resolve system/process issues for efficiency and compliance.

Manage user access and resolve access-related issues in alignment with policy.

Document process flows, SOPs, and train team members.

Support Oracle quarterly system upgrades and prepare documentation for Change Advisory Board.

Assist with ERP functionality improvements, backlog management, and prioritization.

Continuously evaluate and refine systems for scalability and effectiveness.
Key Qualifications & Skills

Recent graduate or 3 years’ experience with financial and/or business systems.

Bachelor’s in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.

Understanding of business, finance, and accounting functions.

Experience with SaaS enterprise applications (Oracle Cloud, Concur) preferred, especially in government grant/contract settings.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Knowledge of SQL, DBMS, and BI reporting a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and collaborative.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
