Position Title: Finance Systems Analyst

Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Finance Systems Analyst opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish strong working relationship with Finance, Procurement, PMO, Project Management, IT, Engineering, and key business partners to ensure comprehensive and timely communication of integration projects to all relevant stakeholders.
• Lead Weekly timecard submittal and approval process.
• Respond and resolve assigned finance systems service desk tickets.
• Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements; consulting with stakeholders to prioritize, develop, and deploy solutions.
• Responsible to identify, troubleshoot and track systems and process issues to ensure resolution and keep systems efficient and operational.
• Establish and grant user’s proper project access based on policy, procedure, guidelines. Timely and accurately resolve access based issues for compliance.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to provide recommendations on new initiatives or projects.
• Document processes flows and standard operating procedures clearly and thoroughly, and train others on the process.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with high degree of accuracy.
• Support quarterly Oracle system upgrades with internal and external stakeholders and prepare upgrades for the Change Advisory Board.
• Assist with identifying, designing, testing, and implementing ERP functionality and improvements. Manage “backlog” of projects post ERP implementation and triage priorities with Change Advisory Committee approval.
• Continuously evaluate and refine applications and processes to ensure system is efficient, effectively, and scalable.
  
  
  

Job Qualifications:

• Recent graduate or minimum three years of experience working with financial and/or business systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• Understanding of business, finance, and accounting functions.
• SQL, DBMS, and BI reporting knowledge is a plus.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with high degree of accuracy.
• Experience working with SaaS enterprise applications (Oracle Cloud, Concur) in organizations with government grants and/or government contracts.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; high degree of accuracy.
• Capable of quickly comprehending new information and technologies.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Analytical/problem solving – ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities.
• Must be team oriented, willing to operate within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.

• Job Type: Contract
• Pay Rate Range: $53 - $70 (Pay rates are approved based on candidate location, education and experience)
• Location: Bellevue, WA.
