Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $45,760.00 - $54,080.00
Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite

System One has partnered with a growing manufacturing organization in Tulsa, OK, to identify a Customer Service Coordinator to support its sales and operations teams. This position serves as a key point of contact between customers, sales, engineering, and production, ensuring accurate order processing and a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, product information, and related inquiries
  • Process customer orders, including order entry, updates, and tracking through final delivery
  • Review and verify order details for accuracy, including specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate with engineering teams on technical requirements, custom product specifications, and special requests
  • Communicate order status updates, lead times, and changes proactively to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Assist the sales team with preparation of quotes, proposals, and supporting documentation
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within internal systems and databases
  • Support resolution of customer concerns related to shipments, product issues, and billing discrepancies
  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and streamline internal processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience working with ERP systems is preferred
  • Ability to understand and communicate basic technical or manufacturing concepts; engineering or industrial experience is a plus
