System One is currently seeking a Civil Engineer (PE) on a direct hire position located in Amarillo, TX. 

Civil Engineer Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the design, analysis, and execution of civil engineering aspects of large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects, including power generation facilities, renewable energy installations, and utility infrastructure.
• Lead and perform civil engineering design for site development, grading, drainage, foundations, roads, and utilities in compliance with applicable codes and standards (e.g., ASCE, ACI, ASTM).
• Develop and review engineering deliverables including calculations, construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with structural, electrical, mechanical, and environmental engineers to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Ensure all civil engineering work adheres to safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and present technical reports and participate in client meetings as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Active PE license in Texas or ability to obtain one within 6 months.
• 3 years of relevant civil engineering experience, preferably in an EPC or heavy industrial setting.
• Experience with large-scale industrial, power generation, or energy projects is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
