Foreman for Patch Crew
- Requires hands on field leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to oversee production, equipment, and job site workflow to meet project specifications and deadlines
- Conduct daily job briefings based on work orders and instructions from the Project Manager or Superintendent.
- Review project plans and layout requirements; organize the day’s operations accordingly.
- Assign tasks to laborers and equipment operators based on crew capabilities and daily work orders.
- Lead daily safety meetings (“toolbox talks”) to review hazards, site conditions, and OSHA protocols.
- Perform pre shift equipment inspections for pavers, rollers, skid steers, excavators, and additional machinery.
- Ordering blacktop/asphalt involves contacting local plants to confirm availability
Minimum requirements:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
