Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Business Analysts with a strong telecommunications background and hands-on experience in billing processes, account segmentation, product mapping, and Lead-to-Cash (L2C) workflows. The ideal candidates will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, technical teams, and operations to gather requirements, analyze business processes, document functional specifications, and support the implementation of telecom business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across telecom billing, sales, product management, and account operations.
• Analyze and support end-to-end Lead-to-Cash (L2C) processes, including lead management, opportunity management, quoting, order capture, billing, invoicing, and payment collection.
• Understand telecom billing processes, including recurring charges, usage-based billing, one-time charges, discounts, adjustments, and invoice generation.
• Perform account segmentation based on customer profiles, business needs, service categories, pricing structures, and account hierarchies.
• Support product mapping, including mapping telecom products, services, plans, bundles, and pricing configurations to customer accounts and billing systems.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for business process improvement.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, use cases, and business rules.
• Create and manage epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and tasks using Jira and Confluence.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to validate requirements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test scenario preparation, defect tracking, and business sign-off.
• Coordinate issue resolution, perform impact analysis, and ensure requirements are implemented accurately.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Prepare status reports, maintain requirement traceability, and communicate project progress to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the telecommunications domain.
• Strong understanding of telecom billing processes and customer account management.
• Hands-on experience with account segmentation and product/service mapping.
• Good understanding of end-to-end Lead-to-Cash processes.
• Experience working with billing platforms, CRM systems, order management systems, or product catalog solutions.
• Proficiency in Jira for user stories, backlog management, issue tracking, and sprint activities.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and preparing functional specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Salary : $60 - $65
