The Role

We’re looking for a Sales Manager who’s ready to make an impact. In this role, you’ll own the sales process end to end - from building relationships with manufacturers to closing new deals and ensuring existing clients stay supported. You’ll set the pace on sales strategy, incorporate feedback into our product backlog, and help shape how Inevia grows in the market.

This isn’t a passive account management job. We need someone who can drive growth, guide prospects through complex software decisions, and lead with integrity. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment where results matter, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive the direction of the company as part of the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that hit (and exceed!) revenue targets.
  • Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Lead discovery conversations, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Serve as the trusted point of contact for key accounts while uncovering upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and client health.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver amazing outcomes for our clients.
