Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Finance (SCF) SME with strong functional testing expertise in Banking and SCF applications. The ideal candidate will serve as a domain expert, support Agile teams, perform end-to-end testing activities, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Finance Domain Expertise
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Supply Chain Finance products, including:
- Vendor Finance
- Dealer Finance
- Invoice Discounting
- Payables & Receivables Financing
- Provide domain guidance to development, testing, and business teams.
- Clarify business requirements and address stakeholder queries.
- Translate business requirements into detailed test scenarios and test cases.
Functional Testing & Quality Assurance
- Perform comprehensive functional testing across Banking and SCF applications.
- Analyze requirements, design test cases, execute testing, and manage defects.
- Review test cases to ensure adequate test coverage.
- Track, retest, and close defects using JIRA or similar tools.
- Estimate testing effort and manage testing activities within Agile sprints.
Agile Collaboration
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including:
- Sprint Planning
- Backlog Grooming
- Sprint Reviews/Demos
- Retrospectives
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and Developers.
- Ensure timely resolution of sprint-related queries and blockers.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify testing gaps, risks, and process improvement opportunities.
- Recommend enhancements to SCF workflows, controls, and testing processes.
- Stay current with Supply Chain Finance trends and technology advancements.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Functional Testing.
- Mandatory experience with Banking and Supply Chain Finance applications.
- Deep understanding of SCF products and processes.
- Experience interacting directly with clients and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in JIRA and Quality Center (QC) or equivalent tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Accessibility Testing.
