Key Responsibilities:
Functional Domain Expertise:
Perform comprehensive functional testing across SCF and Banking applications
Act as the SME for Supply Chain Finance covering products such as:
o Vendor Finance
o Dealer Finance
o Invoice Discounting
o Payables Receivables Financing
Provide domain guidance to developers testers and business stakeholders
Address offshore and onsite business queries and provide accurate clarifications
Address offshore queries and provide accurate timely domain solutions to clients
Translate business requirements into detailed test cases and scenarios
Agile Practices Collaboration:
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning Backlog Grooming Sprint Demos and Retrospectives
Conduct or attend walkthrough sessions with developers BAs and business stakeholders to understand new or updated story requirementsGather story specific queries each sprint and ensure closure by coordinating with the Product Owner Scrum Master or Team Lead
Test Management Quality Assurance:
Estimate effort for test deliverables in each sprint
Perform requirements analysis test design execution and defect lifecycle management
Track day to day testing activities risks and dependencies and resolving blockers
Review test cases created by team members to ensure adequate coverage
Perform defect logging tracking retesting and closure using JIRA or equivalent tools
Continuous Improvement:
Stay proactive in learning new tools processes and domain advancements
Identify and highlight gaps issues or process improvements within the testing lifecycle
Provide suggestions for improving SCF workflows controls and testing processes
Highlight potential issues risks and blockers early in the sprint
Stay updated with SCF domain trends and technology enhancements
Required skills:
Strong hands-on experience in Functional Testing
Mandatory domain knowledge of Banking and Supply Chain Finance applications
Experience in client interaction and requirement clarification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Agile methodologies JIRA and QC
Good to have Experience with Accessibility Testing
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $23.75/hour - $37.11/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
