Creo Designer / Mechanical Design Engineer
Wauwatosa, WI (100% Onsite)
We are looking for a highly skilled Creo Designer / Mechanical Design Engineer with strong automotive product design experience to join a fast-paced engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Creo modeling, surfacing, manufacturing drawings, and component design across plastic, sheet metal, and casting domains.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Creo Part, Assembly & Surfacing
- Expertise in Surfacing, GD&T, DFX, DFA
- Experience in Automotive Product/Component Design
- Design experience with Plastic, Sheet Metal & Casting Components
- Ability to independently work on conceptual design assignments
- Strong understanding of Manufacturing Drawings & GD&T
- Hands-on experience in Sheet Metal and Plastic Part Design
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Automotive Product Development Lifecycle
- Experience with Drafting, Dimensioning, Tolerancing & Prototyping
- Exposure to ECN & PPAP documentation processes
- Understanding of Fixture & Gauge Design
- Knowledge of Press Tools, Reverse Engineering, Stack-Up Analysis & VAVE
