Job Role– Oracle P2P Solution Architect / Implementation Consultant

Location: Sunnyvale, CA- Onsite
Duration: 6 Months
Experience Required: 10 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle P2P Solution Architect / Implementation Consultant to lead Oracle Fusion Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementation and Oracle EBS migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud, Oracle EBS Advanced Procurement, and end-to-end procurement transformation programs.

This role will focus on designing and implementing scalable P2P solutions, migrating procurement processes from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion, and supporting the retirement of legacy procurement platforms such as Coupa and Zip post-Fusion implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Fusion P2P Solution Design

• Lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solution design and implementation in Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud.
• Drive Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion migration initiatives across procurement and supplier management functions.
• Map existing Oracle EBS procurement workflows and business processes into Oracle Fusion capabilities.
• Support transition and retirement of legacy procurement tools such as Coupa and Zip following Fusion implementation.

Procurement & Supplier Management

• Design and optimize:
  • Supplier onboarding and management workflows
  • Purchasing and requisition processes
  • Invoice processing and approval workflows
  • Procurement compliance and governance controls
• Ensure procurement processes align with organizational policies, controls, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, and Business stakeholders to drive successful adoption.

Implementation & Integration

• Lead configuration activities within Oracle Fusion Procurement modules.
• Manage integrations between Oracle Fusion and upstream/downstream enterprise systems.
• Oversee testing activities including:
  • SIT (System Integration Testing)
  • UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
  • Data validation and reconciliation
• Support defect resolution, issue tracking, and deployment readiness activities.

Data Migration & Validation

• Coordinate procurement data migration activities from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion.
• Validate supplier, purchasing, invoice, and transactional data integrity during migration.
• Ensure successful cutover and post-migration stabilization.

Post Go-Live Support & Optimization

• Provide post go-live support and stabilization activities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and define continuous improvement roadmaps.
• Drive optimization initiatives for procurement operations and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

• 10 years of experience in Oracle Procurement and P2P implementations.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud
  • Oracle EBS Advanced Procurement
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Deep understanding of:
  • Procurement Management
  • Supplier Management
  • Purchasing and Invoice Processing
  • Procurement compliance and controls
• Experience leading Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion migration programs.
• Strong experience in solution architecture, process mapping, and business transformation initiatives.

Technical Expertise

• Experience with:
  • Oracle Fusion configuration
  • Procurement workflows
  • Integration touchpoints
  • Data migration and validation
  • Testing and deployment support
• Familiarity with SaaS SCM and Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of enterprise procurement best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience decommissioning legacy procurement tools such as Coupa and Zip.
• Experience working in large enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation experience.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise change management.
