JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to the Transportation Manager and department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
- Checks driver’s daily documentation.
- Verifies all CODs have been collected from customers.
- Monitors Department of Transportation (DOT) hours and reviews on XRS.
- Completes the Department of Transportation (DOT) hour spreadsheet.
- Reviews and monitors DriveCam events.
- Completes payroll weekly.
- Assists with safety training, documentation and filing.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Transportation Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience
One year of administrative experience.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Effective written & oral communication skills

- Ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work with all levels within the organization
