POSITION SUMMARY Scan all medical reports and type medical dictation as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES -Accurately scans all medical records/forms/correspondence into the EHR. - Enters ROI requests into Cerner log and prepares records for release to patients, other medical facilities, insurance companies and attorneys.
-High school graduate preferred.
-Courses in medical terminology and typing, preferred.
-Experience using scanner, computer and dictation equipment, required.
