Education and Experience
- Excellent customer service experience.
- The ability to read, write, count, and follow instructions.
- The ability to communicate well with the public
- Follow instructions and established procedures to perform duties.
- Must attend all required training sessions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests at campus functions.
- Assist with food and beverage service, including serving, running food, bartending, and guest support.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (culinary, operations logistics, and administration) to support event and dining success.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support dining, catering, and event operations.
- Provide excellent customer service to students, guests, and event attendees.
- Assist with catering setup, service, and breakdown.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area.
- Support supervisors and managers with daily operations.
- Follow all food safety, workplace safety, and university policies.
- Evening and weekend availability required.
- Must be able to repeatedly lift at least 45 lbs. to waist height or higher.
- Must be able to walk/stand for several hours at a time throughout the shift.
- Must be able to perform extensive bending and flexing at the waist.
- Must be able to repeatedly rotate (twist and turn) head and torso.
- Must be able to frequently and repeatedly squat or stoop to the ground as necessary to complete tasks.
- Must be able to reach arms overhead.
- May be exposed to products used for cleaning and maintenance of the facility.
