Job Description

This position is responsible for implementation of federally mandated disability accommodations. This position implements exam services as part of these accommodations for students with disabilities and faculty.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or equivalent experiences.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Excel preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills; written and interpersonal.
  • Time management and organizational skills are essential.
  • Quality customer service skills in a fast paced environment with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Administering, proctoring, reading and scribing exams for students that require testing accommodations.
  • Position also works closely with faculty to ensure exams are being administered and returned per Professor specifications.
  • Greeting visitors, checking in students for exam appointments, answering phones, and other general office duties.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stoop, stand, kneel, lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
