What are the responsibilities and job description for the Care Team RN Supervisor position at Syr Comm Health Cntr?
The Care Team RN Supervisor supervises nursing staff on the team to ensure patient-centered, efficient and effective nursing care. Act as senior nursing clinical support person on Care Team. Delegates work as necessary. Participates in recruitment and selection process for the department. Orient and train new nursing staff. Complete Time & Attendance responsibilities. Coach, counsel, and provide performance feedback. Provide direct nursing care and patient education to meet the needs of client population; assist other nursing staff members and department providers in the provision of quality care.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Graduation from a State approved School of Nursing (RN) with permit or license to practice with 1-3 years of clinical or physician’s office experience. Current BLS certification and Infection Control Certification. OASAS background check and clearance required.

Ambulatory – 95%
Sedentary- 5%
Subject to stress and Fatigue. Requires manual and finger dexterity and eye hand coordination when working with patients and equipment. Subject to repeated bending, squatting, and stooping. Requires corrected vision and hearing within normal range.
Salary : $79,040 - $82,992
