What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tablet Compression Machine Operator position at Syntho Pharmaceuticals, Inc.?
Must have knowledge with C.L.I.T and Cadmach rotary machines.
The Compression Operator is primarily responsible for cleaning, set-up, breakdown and running of tablet press as per the written procedures, batch records and applicable cGMPs. Must know how to fully operate the tablet compression machine.
Responsible for identification and reporting of quality issues
Performs verification of labels on the drums and entries in the logbooks and records
Performs verification of in-coming blends against the batch record and inventory card
Performs cleaning and sanitization of manufacturing rooms including walls, floors, and ceilings as per current SOPs
Performs duties involved in shipping and receiving.
Performs duties associated with packaging products and preparing for shipping.
This position requires heavy lifting and drum handling.
