Syntax Creative is seeking a clear, disciplined communicator to join our team in Franklin, TN.
This role supports the voice, messaging, and digital presence of our company and the artists we represent. You will work across social media, email, website updates, and communications projects that require precision, consistency, and follow-through.
Experience is helpful, but natural communication ability matters more. We provide training. What we do not provide is constant supervision.
Content & Digital Execution
• Write and publish social media content across multiple platforms
• Draft email communications, announcements, and newsletters
• Update website content accurately and on time
• Monitor engagement and respond appropriately
Communications Support
• Maintain an organized content calendar
• Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
• Support press and media coordination efforts
• Manage incoming communication requests with clarity and prioritization
Team Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, artists, and internal teams
• Communicate clearly when timelines shift
• Deliver clean, proofed work without repeated reminders

QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma required

• Must be able to commute to Franklin, TN
• This is a full-time, in-office role
