Job Description & Skill Requirement:

• Strong experience in Mechanical design, New product development using Creo [Mandatory].
• windchill tool hands on experience [Mandatory].
• Knowledge of off-highway domain vehicles e.g. forestry, agriculture, construction domain & sub-systems [Mandatory]
• Prior exposure to multi geography team management [Mandatory].
• Creation of complex weldment drawing, welding processes, weld style, machining symbol, GD&T, Tolerances stack up knowledge [Mandatory]
• know-how of vehicle integration, Hydraulic routing & Electrical routing.
• Knowledge of business development, Customer relationship building,
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, requirement understanding and problem-solving skills.
• Project planning, monitoring activities, learning new technology to improve existing product range.
