Hiring: Manufacturing Engineer – Casting & Mold Flow Qualification
Location: Raynham, MA

Looking for a Manufacturing/Process Engineer with strong investment casting and casting process development experience.
Key Requirements:
- Investment Casting / Foundry
- ProCAST, MAGMASOFT or equivalent
- Casting process development, tooling, gating & riser optimization
- Wax patterns, ceramic shells, dewaxing and furnace processes
- Casting defect analysis: porosity, shrinkage, inclusions
- IQ/OQ/PQ and process validation
- DOE, SPC, Cpk/Ppk and Minitab
- CMM, GD&T and CTQ analysis
- PFMEA, RCA and CAPA
- Medical device/orthopedic experience is a strong plus
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
