You Are:
You are a program leader with a deep technical foundation in semiconductor product management and a passion for driving transformative solutions. You have deep experience and understanding of analog and/or digital design domains as part of an IP or product development team.
With over 12 years of experience in the semiconductor industries, you thrive in dynamic environments, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and are adept at navigating complex market landscapes and forging strong relationships with stakeholders across engineering, product management, tools, and the broader semiconductor ecosystem.
You possess advanced degrees in Electrical, Computer Engineering, Device Physics, or related fields, and are comfortable collaborating across disciplines to define and deliver market-leading solutions.
Your strong written and verbal communication skills allow you to effectively articulate complex ideas at various levels of abstraction with experience preparing and presenting to an executive level audience.
You are driven by the desire to push boundaries of new foundry technologies, flows and tools to optimize and improve operations and efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading and managing the execution of multiple programs in the areas of technology enablement, IP process and operations, development and deployment of digital and analog methodologies.
- Working across the organization with technical leaders from various engineering disciplines and product teams.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to align program objectives with the company's strategic goals and vision.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive program plans.
- Reporting and presenting to executive level audiences on critical business initiatives

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline)
- Proven experience as a Program Manager, leading complex projects in the software industry
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Excellent project management skills
- Exceptional leadership abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to organize communication at different levels of abstraction.
- Understanding of artificial intelligence or machine learning are a plus
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus

The IPG technology enablement and operations team at Synopsys acts as the interface across Interface IP teams, foundries, customers, CAD and technology experts towards creating unified solutions that address the growing needs of our internal teams. We work cross-functionally with internal development teams and have exposure and visibility on a global scale throughout the organization. In this role, you will work within our internal development teams to ensure we deliver to our customers' and partner's requirements, meet their roadmap/SoC goals, and identify opportunities to include our IPs and EDA solutions in their future roadmaps/SoCs.
