Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our project team. This role involves leading, managing, and executing a range of IT infrastructure and server/M365 projects for our clients while upholding exceptional service standards and technical proficiency. Experience in the MSP space and high proficiency in M365, Entra, Intune, PowerShell, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement IT infrastructure projects for numerous clients, including M365 and on-premises Windows Server environments, system migrations, network deployments, and security upgrades.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet objectives.
• Create comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications and detailed implementation plans.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding project progress.
• Perform technical assessments and recommend infrastructure enhancements.
• Establish and maintain robust security measures to safeguard client data and systems.
• Configure and manage cloud platforms such as M365 EntraID/Azure, InTune MDM, Sharepoint, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator in an MSP environment.
• Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Proficiency with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox).
• Extensive experience with Microsoft solutions, including Office 365 and EntraID/Azure, Intune, Sharepoint and Powershell .
• Deep understanding of network security principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Exceptional project management and documentation abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
• Ability to be in the office 4 days a week. Must own a vehicle.

Location Requirements

• Based in Paramus NJ.
• Must be available for on-site work and travel to client locations as required.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary.
