Artificial Turf Installer – 2 Years Experience Required

We are seeking a reliable, experienced Lead Artificial Turf Installer to join our growing team. This position requires hands-on installation experience, strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently on both residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities:
- Install artificial turf on residential and commercial job sites
- Perform site preparation including:
- Excavation
- Base installation and compaction
- Grading and leveling
- Cut, seam, edge, and secure turf material
- Infill turf and brush to industry standards
- Work with hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow all safety procedures and company installation standards
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, crew members, and customers
- Ensure high-quality workmanship on every project
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure precise installation
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of artificial turf installation experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide appropriate employment eligibility documentation in accordance with federal law (Form I-9).
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in heat and varying weather conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic understanding of construction and landscaping tools
- Ability to follow directions and installation plans precisely
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with commercial projects, playgrounds, sports fields, putting greens, or rooftop installs
- Experience working with compactors, skid steers, or cutting equipment
- Crew lead or foreman experience is a plus
