Requirements:
- 5 years of residential window and door installation experience, including impact windows, entry doors, sliding glass doors, and specialty products.
- Proven ability to lead installation crews and manage residential job sites.
- Strong knowledge of South Florida impact/HVHZ installation methods, Florida Building Code requirements, and product approval documentation.
- Ability to read permit packages, shop drawings, and take accurate field measurements.
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to operate a company vehicle and trailer.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Manufacturer installation certifications (PGT, ES Windows, Mr. Glass, Eurotech, or similar).
- FGIA/AAMA InstallationMasters certification.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
- Experience working with building inspectors in Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
- Familiarity with impact-rated window and door product lines.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) preferred.
