Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex IT projects. This role will be responsible for planning, execution, and successful implementation of enterprise applications, data center, and cloud-based solutions while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure
- Define scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Lead cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Drive project execution, risk management, and issue resolution
- Track milestones, progress, and ensure quality delivery
- Prepare status reports, documentation, and stakeholder communications
- Manage changes in scope and ensure alignment with business goals
Requirements:
- 8 years of project management experience
- Strong experience in IT systems implementation (enterprise apps, cloud, or data center)
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects end-to-end
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project management tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
- PMP certification
- Experience with ERP, HR, Finance, or Asset Management systems
- Experience in public sector or transportation industry
