What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Planner position at Synkriom?
Min 50% onsite required, candidate need to be flexible to be onsite more than 50% as per business needs.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, Business Hours--
Manager needs experience in the Supply Chain area working with CMO's and SAP.
Qualification(s) and Experience:
- Required Associate degree but Bachelor's Degree Preferred and 5 years experience in the pharmaceutical / consumer products industry in a
supply chain or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Master Scheduling, Forecasting, Customer Service, Logistics, Distribution, and/or Inventory
Management is required, ideally combined with the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Excellent knowledge of the planning operational workflow (MPS, MRP, forecasting) and how sourcing decisions
impact site planning operations.
- Experience in SAP is a plus.
- Project Management experience is a plus.
- Excellent PC and systems skills with competence in MS Office; Advanced MS Excel experience
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills are a pre-requisite.
- Ability to work to deadlines, manage workload accordingly through task prioritization, possess a high level of
accuracy and attention to detail.
- Possess excellent analytical, organizational, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability in performing in a dynamic work environment.
