At SynkFlow, we craft web, app, AI, and SaaS solutions that power modern businesses — and now we need sharp-minded sales professionals to bring in the next wave of partnerships.
Your Role:
You’ll be responsible for discovering, qualifying, and nurturing leads through social media platforms (LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord etc.) while identifying upsell opportunities with existing clients.
What We’re Offering:
- Commission-only trial (no fixed base initially)
- Target: $1,500–$2,000 in qualified leads or sales
- Tiered Commission Structure:
- Up to $1,000 → 10% commission
- $1,000–$2,000 → 12% commission
- Above $2,000 → 15% commission
- Permanent hire after trial with market-competitive base salary ongoing commissions
Who We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in B2B or software sales (lead generation / client acquisition)
- Proven track record of hitting targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, organized, and result-oriented mindset
