Job Description
Lead the transformation of Syngenta's global commercial organization by embedding AI, advanced analytics, and digital tools to accelerate growth, optimize sales and pricing, and deliver exceptional customer engagement at scale.
Duties:
• Lead AI-powered commercial transformation by scaling predictive analytics, automation, and digital tools across sales, pricing, and forecasting to enable faster, smarter decision-making globally.
• Drive sales effectiveness and demand creation excellence by redesigning sales workflows, embedding AI-driven insights into account planning, and optimizing territory coverage to maximize high-value customer engagement.
• Transform CRM and digital tools into intelligent systems by partnering with IT to automate administrative tasks, enhance forecasting accuracy, and drive user adoption through intuitive design and change management.
• Optimize pricing, profitability, and go-to-market strategies using advanced analytics to improve margin realization, refine channel strategies, and design incentive structures aligned with business priorities.
• Build a future-ready commercial organization by developing AI and data literacy across teams, leading cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Product, and Finance, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline; MBA strongly preferred.
- 10 years’ experience in commercial effectiveness, sales operations, or GTM strategy within a global organization (agriculture/life sciences preferred).
- Proven success in sales enablement, CRM implementation (Salesforce preferred), and digital transformation.
- Strong background in change management and complex project leadership.
- Deep understanding of data analytics, performance measurement, and financial drivers.
Additional Information
Salary for this role is $137,900 - $256,100 per year.
