Responsibilities
- Provide security management services to protect personnel, facilities, information, and systems critical to organizational operations.
- Support security clearance processing, program security management, and information security functions to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain security programs across multiple classification levels and coordinate security activities with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Meet and maintain requirements identified by leadership during events of contingency or training situations to support directed response planning, exercises, and operations.
- Provide additional response support in identified situational action matters with the urgency the matter entails.
- Coordinate and support mission-critical matters requiring timely response and ensure orderly scale down once complete.
- Fully cooperate and assist leadership with documentation, knowledge transfer, and lessons learned following critical support actions.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- 15 years of experience in security management or related functions.
- Strong understanding of personnel, physical, and information security practices.
- Experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders in classified environments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Master's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- Extensive experience leading initiatives and advising senior stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business operations tools.
