What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Synergy Waste Management?

Synergy Waste Group is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a customer service representative to help maintain existing accounts and be the point of contact for all account related tasks. We are looking for someone who has great communication skills, is able to multitask, and can meet the requirements for all other job related duties as listed below:

Work in a fast paced environment

Be a team player

Have strong conflict resolution skills

Basic Microsoft Office knowledge, especially with Outlook

Ability to excel with minimal supervision

Professional attitude and work ethic

Ability to track and record multiple jobs daily

Strong documentation skills

Communicate directly and efficiently with managers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Auburn, MA 01501: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Outlook: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Phone etiquette: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
