A partner customers trust is currently seeking a Manufacturing Customer Service Representative for a full-time permanent position in Webster, MA.
Responsibilities of Manufacturing Customer Service Representative include:
-Respond to phone and email inquires
-Act as main point of contact for assigned customers
-Process orders, returns, and credits in Sage ERP systems
-Maintain accurate and up to date customer records
-Identify and resolve any discrepancies
-Work with sales, operations, and production departments to resolve issues
-Track and prepare reports on order trends, service metrics and customer feedback
-Perform other related tasks as assigned
Requirements of Manufacturing Customer Service Representative:
-Minimum Associates degree in business related field or equivalent related experience
-2-4 years Customer service, order management, or manufacturing support experience
-Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Excellent ERP/CRM skills; Sage experience preferred
-Strong written and verbal communications skills
-Great organizational skills and attention to detail
-Able to prioritize tasks
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $24.00/hr
