Synergy Technical is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to drive Microsoft cloud adoption across mid-market and enterprise customers. If you love building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and leading strategic conversations about Microsoft cloud technologies, this role is for you.
You’ll be responsible for landing net-new licensing customers, expanding consulting services, and owning a multi-million-dollar book of business. You’ll partner with our presales engineering and licensing teams for solution design—so you can stay focused on strategy, customers, and revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Prospect for net-new opportunities and build a strong top-of-funnel pipeline.
- Drive Microsoft CSP licensing sales with full support from our licensing team.
- Lead high-level strategic conversations about Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Identify consulting service opportunities aligned to customer goals, with presales engineering support for scoping.
- Manage complex sales cycles and deliver predictable, multi-million-dollar quota attainment.
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and provide reliable forecasting.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of technology, cloud, SaaS, or enterprise software sales experience.
- Proven revenue growth in prior roles—expanding existing business and landing net-new customers.
- Comfortable carrying and growing a multi-million-dollar quota.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies (Modern Work, Security, Azure).
- Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with presales engineering and licensing teams to shape customer solutions.
- Commitment to maintaining Microsoft certifications.
