The Warehouse Operations Supervisor oversees daily warehouse activities and supports the Director of Warehouse Operations. This role ensures accurate receiving, storage, and distribution of products while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, processing, and shipping.
- Lead and motivate staff, promote teamwork, and support continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts.
- Optimize warehouse space to support growth and operational efficiency.
- Ensure outgoing shipments meet quality and accuracy standards; resolve issues quickly.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements.
- Share best practices across shifts and teams.
- Monitor costs while maintaining strong customer service and inventory accuracy.
- Provide practical solutions to operational and personnel challenges.
- Track and improve performance metrics.
- Train and develop employees to follow standard processes and support career growth.
- Adjust labor resources as needed to meet productivity and order fulfillment goals.
- Oversee returns processing, recalls, and outbound return shipments.
- Ensure weekly quality inspections are completed.
- Identify performance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Complete reports accurately and on time.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Warehousing.

- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
