A well known Kansas City company is seeking an experienced Medical Biller to add to their growing staff.
The Medical Biller will be responsible for a variety of duties that include:
- Posting charges for electronic claims submission
- Verifying patient eligibility and benefits
- Collecting money due to company in a timely fashion
- Accurately process and bill Medicare, Medicaid, and patient claims according to both home health and hospice division requirements
- Data entry and Administrative support work for the office
Requirements:
- Medicare and insurance billing experience is preferred
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Adaptability, flexibility, multi-tasking and problem-solving
