The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for a variety of duties that include:
- In-charge of Human Resources Legal and Compliance
- Administer HRIS
- Manage the recruiting process which includes recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and background checks.
- Make sure job descriptions are up to date
- Handle employee issues and conflicts
- Facilitate employee performance improvement plans
- Annually review employee health insurance options
- Assist with the administration of the retirement plan
- Oversee annual benefit open enrollment and distribute any notices
- Maintain employee handbook
- Any other needs as assigned
Qualifications
- 5 years of Human Resources experience
- Strong experience with Compliance and Strategic Human Resources
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
