Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join an organization that is in major growth mode. This role is pivotal in managing a broad spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and workforce management. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of human resources practices and demonstrate the ability to implement strategic initiatives that foster a positive and compliant work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing and interviewing new employees
- Manage the onboarding process of new employees
- Work with department managers to conduct employee evaluations and performance management activities
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation claims.
- Support the payroll process with an outside payroll provider service
- Contribute to HR projects related to workforce management, training & development programs, and HR sourcing strategies.
Skills
- Extensive experience in human resources management
- Demonstrated expertise in talent management, recruiting strategies, and employee development initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills capable of engaging diverse audiences effectively.
- Knowledge of benefits administration processes, including FMLA leave management and workers' compensation procedures.
- Conflict management skills combined with a proactive approach to employee relations.
- Familiarity with various HR software platforms such as ADP, Paylocity, Salesforce, or PeopleSoft enhances operational efficiency.

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
