What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Supervisor position at Synergy Senior Management?
An assisted living community is hiring for a Full-Time Maintenance position. This position requires a knowledgeable, dedicated individual that enjoys working with seniors and assisting them to ensure their home is safe, secure and properly maintained.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Oversee the general maintenance upkeep of the entire community
- Coordinate with the appropriate vendors for maintenance
- Perform general repairs that no not require a specialize technician; repairing drywall, painting, repairing doors and fixtures, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance on building systems
- Prepare rooms for resident move-ins
- Maintain Fire Inspection Book including ensuing fire drills occur as required
- Maintain facility log book (i.e. refrigerator temperature log, water temperature log)
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the building
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous experience managing the maintenance for a similar facility, complex, etc. is preferred
- At lease 2 years maintenance experience is required
- General knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
