THE ROLE: OUTSIDE SALES AGENT (DOOR-TO-DOOR)
We are looking for a results-driven, dynamic individual who knows that effort directly equals earning potential.
What You'll Do:
- Acquisition: Engage prospective residential customers directly through door-to-door solicitation and lead follow-up in assigned territories.
- Consultation: Conduct needs analyses and deliver compelling presentations on high-speed fiber internet, phone, and value-added services.
- Results: Achieve monthly sales quotas and stay informed about competitor activities.
- Support: Simplify the customer experience and actively participate in team training and meetings.
What We Offer (Commission & Income):
- Uncapped Commissions and cash bonus incentives.
- 1st Year On-Target Earnings (OTE): $60,000 - $75,000

- Requirements: Must have a valid US Driver's License and reliable transportation for 100% local travel.
